How to Order

When ordering products from Covert Cameras you have a choice:

Online Ordering

1.You can order 'online' easily using our secure shopping cart. To buy an item simply "click" on the picture of the item, go to the "specification page" and "click" the "Add to Basket" button. You will be prompted to continue to the Pay Pal secure shopping cart. Check your item is correct and continue to follow the prompts or add extra items. It's that easy and secure!

2.We offer a second option for ordering via a Print and Post Order form, if this method suits you, just "click" the above link print, fill out and post  to us with your payment.

3.If these options do not suit, simply call us, order over the phone and we will discuss the best method of payment to suit you. ie Bank/personal cheque, money order etc..

Using PayPal is the quickest method and when orders are received before midday they are packaged and dispatched the same day where possible. Other methods of payment require bank confirmation and every effort is made so customers receive their packages as soon as possible. International orders will depend on location and courier method. You can email or phone to request a courier tracking number for extra confidence that your order is on its way.

EFT and T/T orders are held until funds appear in our account. Normal dispatch notifications are sent to the customer once the order is dispatched.
