Stocked items are dispatched the same day if
your order is placed before midday. We use a
variety of couriers and we pick the best suited
courier company for your delivery post code.
Equipment orders may require extra Packaging &
Handling fees due to their size, weight etc. We
will provide a high level of effort to dispatch
your equipment on time. Responsibility for the
goods passes to the buyer once the goods have
been passed to the carrier. Insurance liability
is therefore that of the buyer. Covert Cameras
hold no responsibility for late deliveries.
Every effort is made to dispatch goods as soon
as possible.

We use Parcel post or couriers where needed or
at customers request (changes may apply)
Payment

Covert Cameras do not except purchase orders, we
are happy to supply an invoice for pre-payment
PayPal
payments:
Our preferred
payment method which is available through our
secure shopping cart. Your purchases are
protected by PayPal's industry-leading fraud
prevention measures, we don't have access to
your credit information and your purchases are
protected by
PayPal dispute resolution procedures.
Money Orders:
Payable to Covert Cameras. If you have used our
online printed order form, please send money order with
all relevant details filled in. Your order will proceed once we have
received the money order.
Cheques:
Payable to Covert Cameras. If you have used our
online printed order form, please send cheque with
relevant details on the back to match order form
details. Your order will proceed once the funds
have been cleared

conversation recordings are illegal on Telstra
lines, and many other networks. We offer these
products for sale on the basis that the customer
abides by his/her local regulations. Covert
Cameras does not accept any liability whatsoever
for any injury, loss or damage sustained by the
buyer however arising. Covert Cameras makes no
representations concerning the legality of
certain product applications such as the making,
transmission or recording of video and/or audio
signals of others without their knowledge and/or
consent. We encourage everyone to check and
comply with all applicable local, state and
federal laws and regulations before engaging in
any form of surveillance or any transmission of

Privacy
All units in this e-catalogue are sold with the
understanding that they will be used for

merchantability, or fitness for a particular

implied, or upon any other basis of liability
whatsoever, even if the loss or damage is caused

products will prevent any personal injury or
property loss by burglary, robbery, fire, theft
or otherwise; or that the products will in all

Customer understands that a properly installed
and maintained surveillance and / or security
system may only reduce the risk of burglary,
robbery, theft or fire without warning, but it
is not insurance or a guarantee that such will
not occur or that there will be no personal
injury or property loss as a result.
Consequently, Covert Cameras shall have no
liability for any personal injury; property
damage or other loss based on a claim that the
product failed to give any warning or detection.
However, if Covert Cameras is held liable,
whether directly or indirectly, for any loss or
damage arising under this limited warranty or
otherwise, regardless of cause or origin, Covert
Cameras' maximum liability shall not in any case
exceed the purchase price of the product, which
shall be the complete and exclusive remedy
against Covert Cameras. No increase or
alteration, written or verbal, of the
obligations of this Limited Warranty is
authorised.

presented within this e-catalogue were correct
at time of publishing & were based on
information supplied by manufacturers. Covert
Cameras reserves the right to change
the specifications, designs & prices or
discontinue lines presented in this catalogue at
it’s discretion & without notice.
Cancellations:
A
cancellation of a customer order can only be
made prior to the dispatch of the goods. Upon
dispatch our refund policy is automatically
applied. Cancellation cannot be made on goods
that are not part of our marketed product line
that are 'specially ordered' for customers. In
addition, larger than average orders that
require customised supply cannot be cancelled.
Refunds:
We test all equipment before it leaves our store
and supply application/instruction notes with
the goods. Therefore we do not give refunds.
Please choose your equipment carefully. Proof of
purchase must be provided before returning goods
for warranty. $35.00 per item Re-Stocking Fee will be charged
for NO FAULT FOUND on warranty goods. We are
importers of spy and surveillance equipment,
therefore we only accept the return of goods on
the basis of faults then we will repair/replace.
The buyer accepts liability for all freight
costs incurred in the return of warranty
(repair/replace) goods without exception.
Warranty:
Covert Cameras will honour the factories
warranty for the given period providing the
primary requirement of general care has been
maintained, do not return goods that have been
neglected as warranty exchange will not take
place. Most of our equipment have 6 months to 2
years depending on the product. Covert Cameras
reserves the right to waive or amend specific
warranty on individual products.
